I had the pleasure of working with Mike Strand during my five year employment at StrandWare, Inc, with one of these years, working in the small, focused group called The BackTrack Group which Mike was head of.
As an employer and CEO of StrandWare, Mike possessed compassion and genuine care for each and every member of his company and was very much a pleasure to work for. Mike’s willingness to listen to new ideas and energy to keep each employee involved was unlike anything I have ever seen. The overall work environment and morale while Mike was president of StrandWare was very enjoyable and team-oriented.
Mike provided an honest, fair, positive work experience for the period of time I was with StrandWare.
Mike’s experience in both the computer software industry as well as experience in starting and organizing a company would make him a good candidate for many career opportunities.
